Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a whole bunch of exciting springtime events that I’ve been a part of organizing/facilitating have been canceled or indefinitely postponed, including the following:
“Broom-Spark” — More than 40 people from a cross-section of Broomfield were planning to attend this half-day gathering about local affordable housing efforts. Maybe it didn’t work out because we scheduled it for Friday, March 13. Hmmm…
“A Pilgrimage to Sand Creek 6.0” — This Memorial Day weekend I will not be leading a “pilgrimage from below” to Eastern Colorado’s Sand Creek Massacre National Historic Site.
“A Remembrance at Fort Chambers” — The first-ever event in Boulder, Colo, was originally scheduled for Memorial Day (Monday, May 25). It’s been postponed until the fall. Stay tuned for details on the specific date and time!
